We are a boutique, highly specialised real estate service and business brokerage devoted entirely to the childcare industry in NSW. With years of experience in this space we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and fantastic results to both buyers and sellers.
Nick Brook is a licensed business broker and real estate agent, an expert in the childcare business and property sales field, he is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to all of his clients.
Nick has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Having worked for a high profile agency in North Sydney, he began concentrating on the niche childcare segment of the market.
In February 2014, Nick created Sydney Childcare Sales and since its inception it has grown to be a force in the childcare industry providing both exceptional service as well as industry specific knowledge.
Nick is an Approved Provider for Childcare and owns his own childcare centre in regional NSW. This hands on operational role gives him a unique insight into what it takes to run a successful operation and has thorough knowledge of the legislation and regulations involved in this space.
